I prefer a text to voice messages as having it written down makes it easier for me to keep track of patients.

Please also send the relevant clinical history and a photo if possible (such as of the fractured tooth or of the view of the occlusion of the canines from each side with the lips raised) as it helps to see what is going on and what the best treatment option will be.
